Shipping & Delivery

Our estimated delivery date is based on several factors, including the delivery destination, product dimension, product weight, shipping method, and the time we assemble and prepare your items for shipment. We ship to within all the cities in the Australia by AU POST, Aramex and other couriers.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time

  1. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays of VIC).
  2. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details. If you do not receive tracking info within 3 business days, please feel free to follow up with us via email: Angela@icubic.com.au.

Shipping Time

  1. Shipping times will vary depending on the size or weight of your order and the delivery location etc.
  2. Generally, we aim to deliver orders within 2 to 6 business days.
  3. For remote area or special circumstances, delivery may take longer.

How to Track Your Order:

After your order has been shipped, we will upload a tracking number on your order details page and link you to the website of the relevant Courier company.

Note:

  1. We ship throughout Australia, and we don't ship on weekends and public holidays of VIC.
  2. If you order more than one item, we may break your order into multiple packages and you will not be charged for any additional freight.
  3. Once you receive a damaged or incorrect products, please contact us immediately so that we can correct it or provide you with a satisfactory solution.
