Shipping & Delivery

Our estimated delivery date is based on several factors, including the destination address, and the time we assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time

  1. Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding VIC public holidays).

  2. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  3. If you haven’t received your tracking information within 3 business days, feel free to reach out to us at info@grozy.com.au.

Shipping Time

  1. Shipping time varies based on your location and the size of your order.

  2. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

    Express shipping usually takes 2–3 business days.

  3. Most orders arrive within 2 to 6 business days, but deliveries to remote areas or during special circumstances may take longer.

    Note: Some postal codes are restricted due to logistics limitations. Please refer to the image/chart provided for non-deliverable areas.

Shipping Cost

Generally, shipping fee is accurately calculated in your shopping cart when purchasing, but sometimes it may not be very accurate (e.g. rural delivery locations, shipment is larger or heavier than the normal size etc.). If there is any additional fee in the postage calculation, we will notify you by email. If you do not want to pay extra shipping fees, then you have the right to cancel the order and get a refund.

Free Shipping Offer:

For Melbourne, Sydney, and South Australia metro areas, small parcels under 1kg are eligible for free shipping.

Duties & Taxes

There are no customs duties for orders shipped within Australia.
