We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Unopened Returns (Within 30 Days of Purchase)

If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase from us, you may return most unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must first be authorized by Grozy.com.au. Once your return has processed, you will receive a detailed email with the address of the warehouse the item(s) should be shipped back to. And you are responsible for return shipping costs and for sending the item(s) back to our instructed warehouse in the same condition the shipment was delivered to you in.

Opened but Unused in Original Packaging (Within 30 Days of Purchase)

Some opened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase at Grozy.com.au’s discretion. If approved, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Please contact us to find out if your product is eligible for return with a restocking fee assessed.

Defective or Damaged Products (Within 30 Days of Purchase)

If a product you’ve ordered from Grozy.com.au proves to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will exchange your product for a new one or issue a refund once returned and inspected. Please note: The FINAL-SALE items, such as Grow Tents, Grow Tent Combinations or Kits etc. may not be returned for credit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For all returns, please ensure that the items are securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on FINAL-SALE items, such as Grow Tents, Grow Tent Combinations or Kits etc. Once received, no return service would be provided. Therefore, if there are any defects please feel free to contact us within 48 hours upon arrival of items, we’ll offer you a solution to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
